J always tells me I need to let my sneezes out. I am not sure why I hold them in. Maybe it's because I am not a big fan of spit spraying everywhere. Well anyway.... I just sneezed and of course I held it in. Didn't work this time. Not only was there spit but there was snot too. Oh GOD, how gross.
