I've been here all the time.

We've had random doctor's appts. Chris and I had medical checkups. Little J and I had dental checkups. I started the footwork to getting the crown I need (from 6 years ago) That was the hardest thing I have ever done, since I HATE spending large amounts of money at once. Sure I don't mind blowing gads of money slowly throughout the month but to sit down and write one check for $500 (which I've heard is cheap in the crown world) makes me sick. I go back tomorrow to have the permanent one put on. Then we went and got Easter portraits, chris only. In between Karate and day to day stuff I have been cleaning in preparation for the family (all minus mom) to come visit over there spring break. Poor little J has break the following week so he won't get to see them as much as we want him to.

The weather is beautiful and we've had the windows open for days. It reminds me of spring in Ohio. Too bad it will be 80 degrees soon!

Little J is doing great at school (not so much behavior) I have realized that these stupid card charts they use just make it worse. When I was little I am sure I would have had to flip a card every day too. But because there was no card mom and dad didn't know about every move I made but did hear about the major stuff. So I am not pressuring myself or little J about it anymore. We go over appropriate behavior daily. If he talks once when he is not supposed to it's not the end of the world. A few things have helped me to see that. #1 his teacher does not find it as awful as I thought it was. The few times I have spoken to her, she has made it clear that it in not a big deal unless he is flipping more than once. #2 Everyday he comes home sad and dejected. That's not fair to him. His whole day shouldn't be ruined because he said something when he wasn't supposed to. #3 I clearly remember being the same way and things worked out for me. #4 He still gets an S or S- in conduct. It's not the E we hope for but it's not a U either. In Kindergarten he got a U and the whole family was horrified. The three of us didn't know how to react to that!

Chris is doing fantastic also. He hold his head up, smiles, and coos. He hates tummy time so I am sure he won't be rolling over according to the Dr's schedule. He also hates sleeping at night. It's terribly hard to get him down. He sleeps for five hours and then is up every two. I have read plenty of sleeping books but at this point I don't care. I am not tired and stressed out and neither is he so we're alright to continue this. We continue our bedtime routine but when he wakes up every two hours I am not worried about what time it is or what's going on. I give him a bottle if he's hungry, if not we snuggle in the bed. Then we get up, get Little J off to school and have a happy day.

obviously this witch has nothing better to do.

I posted an offer on freecycle for a online coupon I had printed. I said if I got multiple offers I would make copies. Some idiot with nothing better to do emailed the mod saying "Isn't this fraud" Ummm WHO CARES? wouldn't you be happy just to get a freaking dollar off expensive ass maxi pads? I would. Not to mention anyone can go to the damn website and do the same. Aren't there more important things to be concerned about? Sheesh. It really pissed me off. I wanted to email the person a nice nasty note but I don't want to get kicked off Freecycle for calling this person a moron.

In other news. All is well. I have a draft waiting to be finished up and posted.
